Our Newest Opportunity:
This role supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of qualified retirement plans for clients while developing the skills and knowledge to become a primary owner of a book of business. This position provides hands-on exposure to retirement plan structures, client relationships, and the broader OneDigital value proposition, with an emphasis on learning to deliver an exceptional client experience under the guidance of senior consulting team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):
Business Development & Client Growth
At this level, business development activities are primarily observational and supportive in nature, building foundational knowledge and market presence over time.
Where applicable, assist in RFP fulfillment processes and prospect-facing activities, leveraging market, regional, and national resources under the direction of senior consultants.
Client Relationship Management & Retention
This role supports senior consulting team members in client relationship management while developing the skills and experience to independently own client relationships over time.
Support senior consulting team members in managing assigned client relationships, developing an understanding of each client's goals, plan design, and organizational objectives.
Participate in client meetings, strategic reviews, and plan sponsor communications, building the skills to independently own client interactions over time.
Plan Consulting & Advisory Services
The degree to which this role personally delivers versus supports consulting services will vary based on team structure and the guidance of senior team members.
Support the delivery of retirement plan consulting services — including plan design, benchmarking, investment menu analysis, and fiduciary guidance — under the direction of senior team members, performing work directly and/or coordinating with Investment Consultants and other specialists.
Where applicable, coordinate with OneDigital's internal retirement plan administration team to support testing, plan amendments, and compliance needs.
Team Coordination & Specialist Leverage
At this level, the primary expectation is to work collaboratively within the service team and develop a working understanding of OneDigital's team-based service model.
Work collaboratively within the client service team — including Client Relationship Managers, Investment Consultants, Employee Engagement Managers, and Financial Advisors — to support a coordinated client experience.

Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant experience in retirement plan services.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
