Founded in 1967 and guided by the principle “We Care Like Family,” Dynarex operates distribution centers in Middletown NY, Florida, Arkansas, Ohio, and Arizona, and works with distributor partners in all 50 states, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and the Middle East.
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Research & Content Writer to support our Amazon Vendor Central and Brand Store operations for medical and healthcare supplies (primarily Dynarex and related product lines). This role sits at the intersection of product research, competitive analysis, SEO, and high-compliance content creation. Collaborating with the graphics department, you will turn technical product data, sell sheets, and market insights into optimized, policy-compliant Amazon listings that convert both professional buyers and end consumers. The candidate will have experience in e-Commerce with a keen eye for detail and understanding of visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Analysis
● Conduct thorough research on new and existing Dynarex products using manufacturer sell sheets, specifications, packaging data, and competitive Amazon listings.
● Identify key features, benefits, use cases (clinical + home), differentiators, safety considerations, and restricted claims.
● Analyze competitor titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, and customer language to uncover ranking and conversion opportunities.
● Deliver research-driven recommendations to improve visibility, conversion, and market positioning.
● Support data work related to product attributes, packaging dimensions, case packs, UOMs, and SKU variations when needed for listing accuracy
Amazon Content Creation & Optimization
● Write and refine Amazon product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content modules that strictly follow source materials and Amazon policies.
● Create family-level overviews and supporting content that maintains consistency across related ASINs.
● Apply precise keyword strategies while respecting character/word limits, restricted terms, and claim substantiation requirements.
● Maintain a clear “helpful guide” tone that balances professional credibility with consumer accessibility.
● Incorporate appropriate safety warnings, sterility information, and usage guidance without introducing unsupported claims.
● Perform iterative rewrites based on feedback, compliance reviews, and performance data.
Compliance & Quality Control
● Ensure all copy adheres to Amazon’s restricted product and claim guidelines for medical supplies.
● Cross-check every claim against provided product information—no assumptions or unverified statements.
● Maintain high standards for technical accuracy (counts, materials, dimensions, indications).
Required Qualifications
● Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Central.
● Understanding of Amazon (vendor and/or seller central) terminology
● Strong research skills and the ability to extract accurate, benefit-driven messaging from technical documentation and sell sheets.
● Meticulous attention to detail, especially around product attributes, policy compliance, restricted terms, and claim substantiation.
● Comfort working with structured inputs, character limits, and iterative revision cycles.
● Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling and organization.
Preferred Qualifications
● Proven experience writing Amazon or Walmart listing content (titles, bullets, A+ Content) for regulated or technical product categories—ideally medical, healthcare, or related supplies.
● Fundamental understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
● Familiarity with A+ Content module design and storytelling for healthcare products.
● Experience creating projects and skills on Claude
● Experience using Keepa and Helium10
● Experience with Figma
● Background in graphic design
