Duties

- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect pizza quality every time
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance customer offerings
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in pizza making
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with dietary department standards or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
