Your ability to communicate with staff at all levels will help you be successful in this role. Assistant managers will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure, now more than ever, all health and sanitization quality standards are met, if not exceeded. Assistant Managers will also oversee staff, opening and closing of store as needed, training when needed, inventory and see that all areas of the restaurant are clean and welcoming to our guests at all times.
