Are you an experienced leader who thrives on managing large projects, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results? We're looking for a Project Director to lead reconstruction operations, oversee multiple project managers, and drive business performance. You do not need restoration industry experience. If you've successfully led construction, operations, facilities, manufacturing, or other project-based organizations, we'll teach you the restoration business—including Xactimate. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and field personnel.
- Oversee multiple reconstruction projects from inception through completion.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
- Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Monitor key performance metrics and continuously improve operations.
- Create an environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects or business operations.
- Experience leading construction, operations, or project management teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally.
Restoration Experience Isn't Required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
