Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the nature of their conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans utilizing various chiropractic techniques.
- Perform physical examinations and utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation.
- Provide pain management strategies, including trigger point therapy and other therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes and exercises to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in primary care and occupational health settings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic care and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice chiropractic medicine.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Experience in patient assessment, care plans, and physical examinations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in pain management techniques and chiropractic practices.
