Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness & Studio sales consultant to help grow one of our highest-performing fitness locations. This role is built for someone who is used to a fast-paced, sales-focused environment, and is ready to take their next step in a fitness career.
As an Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with the Membership Director to build local connections, attend fitness events, and help prospects get started!
Responsibilities
Sales
- Hit/Exceed daily and monthly unit goals
- Daily call outreach
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Offer Pilates and other boutique services to all prospects
- Tour-to-member conversion
Business & Marketing
- Assist in executing local marketing + B2B outreach
- Build partnerships with local businesses and vendors
- Drive traffic through:
- Social engagement
- Community outreach
- Referral programs

Compensation & Growth
- 17.50$ per hour + commission on all deals sold
- Bi-weekly bonus based on meeting a unit goals
