Industrial Maintenance Technician – Plastic Injection Molding
First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | $27–$40+/hour based on experience

We're a full-service custom plastic injection molding manufacturer with in-house engineering, tooling, and production. Our maintenance team supports a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing facility equipped with modern molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. Equipment You'll Work On
- Milacron, Fanuc Roboshot, Sumitomo, and Arburg injection molding machines
- Yushin and Borunte robots
- Matsui and Novatec material handling systems
- Advantage and Mokon temperature control equipment
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform quality, long-lasting repairs.
- Install and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and promote safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Injection molding experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
