Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a smile

Maintain eye contact and communicate clearly with guests

Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and policies

Perform other duties as assigned

Walk the dining room and check on Guests

Offer refills or refreshments when appropriate

Remove trays and help keep tables clean

Assist Guests with sauces, napkins, utensils, high chairs, or anything they may need

Keep the dining room, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized

Take out trash and support overall restaurant cleanliness

Engage with Guests in a kind, respectful, and hospitable way
