AAT Omega, LLC. located in Keystone Heights, is accepting applications for a QC Analyst. Responsibilities: Interprets drawings, change notices, quality alerts, industry standards and work instructions/procedures to determine acceptance, rejection or rework requirements of incoming, in-process and finished goods.Inspection of all incoming materials, verify accuracy of incoming shipments per purchase order.Checks parts for visual defects and dimensional accuracies and performs functional tests to ensure conformance based on acceptance criteria.Records test data into the inspection database and ensures proper quality documentation is completed.Inspects parts during in-process production and proactively communicates errors and systemic trends to the supervisor. Requirements:.Good communication skills-both verbal and written.Basic knowledge of measurement tools like tape measures, calipers, gauges, etc. Strong computer and analytical skills; working knowledge of MS Office. High school diploma/GED required. Must be able to read and follow written procedures and work instructions. Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must pass drug screen. Understanding of GD&T a plus. ISO9001/AS9100 a plus. Experience with ERP or Epicor system a plus. Lean training, 5S and 7 wastes a plus.
