Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized Gomez recipes and quality standards
- Take daily inventory of all food items
- Stock and prep food items
- Finish opening and closing duties in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction with each plate
- Follow all kitchen safety procedures, including proper knife skills and sanitation practices
- Clean and sanitize kitchen to the Gomez standard
