What will I do as a RN Supervisor for The Wesley Community?
Supervision of CNAs and LPNs
Candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure Department of Health compliance with regulations, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge, MDS proficiency, and knowledge of the care plan process are required.
Manage Staffing of CNAs, LPNS, and callouts
Be flexible and willing to take medication cart assignments
Great clinical assessment skills, able to provide SBAR to the Providers
Starting and completing admissions
Wound care along with wound vacs
IVs, placement, PICC line management, blood draws
Completing resident and staff incident and accident reports
Direct communication with residents and their families
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with preferred 2-5 years' experience in Long term care
- Prior Supervisory or Nursing management experience preferred
