Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing or industrial sites. Duties
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and inventory levels
- Oversee the troubleshooting of complex machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations concerning high voltage and low voltage electrical systems while conducting risk assessments
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by coordinating maintenance activities around operational schedules
- Monitor the performance of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for senior management
Requirements
- Proven management experience leading maintenance or facilities teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience in high voltage and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical circuits
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including preventive, predictive, and corrective strategies
- Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes
