Responsibilities
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies through networking opportunities.
- Independently track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company and bonus plan goals are achieved.
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Funnel new potential sales leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Qualifications
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Proven track record of at least 1 years of experience in a sales position or in a customer service-related field
- Able to think on your feet and come up with solutions to customers needs. Focus on customer wants and concern t o help solve their problems.
- Handle multiple clients at the same time.
- Set sales goals and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Able to learn the sales process and how to work with client databases and computer software.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
Base salary of $35,000 plus monthly bonuses, and expenses covered.
