Olde Wood Ltd., a high-production custom millwork facility in Magnolia, OH, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team due to increasing product demand.
We have immediate full-time, first-shift openings across multiple production departments. While prior manufacturing experience is an asset, it is not required. We provide structured, step-by-step training and supportive coaching to ensure the success of all new hires. Please note that these positions are physically demanding and offer significant opportunities for career advancement.
These roles feature weekly pay and immediate start dates
- Must be able to work 8+ hours a day
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Able to perform manual labor
- Able to have good attendance
- Must be able to work overtime
- Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Read measuring tape, gauges, and/or caliper
- Follow work orders
- Perform safety inspections on a production machine
- Monitor product quality
- Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Log and record measurements for equipment machines, and procedures
- Follow company safety protocol
- Perform machine maintenance and regular cleaning of the machine
- Ensure that machine procedures are done in accordance with the guidelines of the company
- Inspecting finished products
- Take pride in the machine and the products that you produce
