Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer position based in Fort Pierce, FL. The Laborer will perform a variety of tasks in support of the company's hangar door operations, such as assisting with installations, handling tools and materials, maintaining a clean worksite, and supporting skilled workers in completing their duties. The role requires a commitment to safety protocols, effective teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing worksite needs. Pay will be based on experience but willing to train.
Qualifications
Hands-on skills in using tools and equipment for construction, repair, or installations
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and material handling
Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and ability to adhere to them consistently
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing work assignments
Experience in construction or related fields is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license required.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
