Position responsibilities

Strong focus on quality inbound phone calls (high volume)

Respond to internet and service inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism

Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM & effectively utilize customer management tools

Creating appointments for guests

Learning customers’ needs while building rapport

Effectively communicate with Management and Colleagues

Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities, contact lists and campaigns

Daily and Monthly performance reporting
Experience:
-
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
