Anytime Fitness is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Club Care Team in Chelsea, Michigan.
As a Club Care Specialist, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the club—ensuring every member walks into a space that is clean, safe, and ready for their workout at all times.
This is a part-time, on-site, entry-level position with opportunities to grow within our company.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the club

Perform routine cleaning of equipment, workout areas, and high-touch surfaces

Ensure restrooms and lobby areas are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked

Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility

Keep equipment properly organized and workout areas reset

Remove trash regularly

Monitor the club throughout your shift to maintain a consistently high standard

Complete assigned cleaning checklists and special projects

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Communicate any issues or supply needs to management
