We have specialized equipment offering for much more lucrative income than standard trucking and hotshotting companies.
Experienced CDL Hotshot Driver with a strong background in transporting time-sensitive freight using a variety of trailer types and late-model, low-mileage equipment. Skilled in operating 53' stepdeck, 48' flatbed, and boat trailers, with hands-on experience ranging in Chevrolet 3500 -> 5500 hybrid -> Class 8s. Primary operating area includes the Pacific Northwest and California, with occasional OTR (over-the-road) deliveries as needed. Committed to safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Robust company looking to grow in the hotshot and trucking industry with truckers looking to drive International Medium Duty hotshots and Class 8s. Small family-owned company, pay weekly as soon as we complete factoring of the load. Driver must be comfortable training with a 53' stepdeck or a 48' flatbed hotshot.
Bonus points if you have hauled boats or yachts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 2024 Chevrolet 5500 and 2024 & 2026 Chevrolet 3500 dually trucks (late-model, low-mileage equipment)
- Haul freight using 53' stepdeck, 48' flatbed, and boat trailers
- Safely load, secure, and transport cargo using chains, binders, and straps
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with ELD and DOT regulations
- Plan and execute routes primarily within the Pacific Northwest and California, with occasional OTR deliveries
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and updates
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Experience with open-deck and boat trailer hauling
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate both regional and occasional OTR routes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Required: Must speak fluent English, per DOT law.
- Required: Domiciled US Citizen, per DOT law.
Preferred Skills:
- Open Deck experience with knowledge of strapping, binding, & tarping
- Experience with oversized/overweight loads and permits
- Familiarity with ELD systems and GPS navigation
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
