We are seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team! This position is primarily focused on chairside clinical assisting, with occasional light administrative support in the mornings. It is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an assistant looking to sharpen both clinical and front-office skills while enjoying a schedule designed for work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Chairside Assisting (Primary Focus)
- Provide high-quality chairside assisting during dental procedures.
- Support the clinical team with daily operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization protocols.
- Take digital dental X-rays as needed.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.
Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
- Assist with front-desk duties on 2 select mornings (e.g., answering incoming calls, checking messages, and returning patient inquiries).
- Provide friendly front-office greeting and phone coverage as needed to ensure smooth morning operations.
Ideal Candidate
- X-ray Certification: Required.
- Clinical Mindset: Passionate about hands-on patient care and chairside assisting.
- Strong Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear on the phone and in person.
- Team Player: Reliable, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
- Experience Level: New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Schedule & Unique Benefits
