Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Dinerware
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty beverages, following established recipes and mixology standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to delight customers
- Process cash/credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash/credit handling records
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining spaces, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets and parties.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor product quality to ensure freshness and consistency
- Engage with guests to promote sales, recommend menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles is essential; experience in bartending and serving.
- Experience with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage recipe development
- Experience in mixology or bartending.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques within the food industry
- Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Retail math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers effectively

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per day
