A Little Bit About the Job:
This isn't the same repair over and over again. It's a Jack-of-All-Trades position where you'll handle a variety of residential repairs and service calls throughout the week.
That may include:
- Small roof repairs
- Soffit and fascia repairs
- Carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- General home repairs
- Troubleshooting customer concerns
- Evaluating repairs and preparing estimates
- Completing punch-list and service work
Some days you'll know exactly what you're walking into. Other days, you'll need to look at the problem, figure out what needs to happen, and get it done. That's why we're looking for someone with experience and good judgment, not simply someone who knows how to swing a hammer.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has solid experience in home repair, remodeling, construction, roofing, carpentry, or a related trade
- Can diagnose problems and develop practical solutions
- Is comfortable estimating and quoting smaller repair projects
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Communicates professionally with homeowners
- Takes pride in clean, quality workmanship
- Is dependable and follows through
- Has basic computer and smartphone skills
- Can comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Can pass required background and drug screening
You don't have to know absolutely everything. But you should be the kind of person who can walk into a situation, take a look around and say:
“Yep. I can figure this out.”
