At Visalia iPhone Repair, we pride ourselves on providing premium, fast, and reliable service to our community. We are currently looking for a reliable, customer-facing technician to join our team on Mooney Blvd.
Here is the best part: You do *not* need prior experience repairing iPhones or electronics. We believe that we can teach the right person the technical skills required for the job, but we cannot teach professionalism. If you have a great attitude, present yourself exceptionally well, and know how to treat customers with respect, we will provide all the hands-on training you need to become an expert technician
**What You Will Do**
Customer Service First: Greet customers warmly, listen to their device issues, and intake their devices for repair with a high level of professionalism.
Device Repair (Post-Training): Learn to confidently and precisely execute repairs on iPhones and other devices, including screen and battery replacements.
Quality Control: Ensure every device leaving the shop meets our premium standard (every screw in its place, clean, and fully functional).
Store Maintenance: Keep the front counter, waiting area, and repair stations clean, organized, and presentable at all time

**Requirements**
* Must be available to work 20 to 25 hours per week.
* Prior customer service or retail experience is highly preferred.
* Must be willing to learn and accept constructive feedback during the training process.
