As we continue to grow, we are actively looking to add 3–5 motivated Roofing Solutionist to our Knoxville team over the next two weeks.
Position Overview
The Roofing Solutionist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding customers through the roofing sales process.
This role combines lead generation, relationship building, and in-home consultations. Sales representatives utilize our CRM system to manage prospects and maintain organized communication throughout the sales cycle.
As the company continues scaling toward a retail-driven sales model, qualified representatives may also receive company-generated leads after completing an evaluated onboarding and training period.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and neighborhood canvassing Conduct roof inspections and customer consultations Educate homeowners on roofing systems and replacement options Prepare and present proposals to customers Track leads, appointments, and project progress within the company CRM Build and maintain relationships within the local community Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Preferred but not required: Previous experience in sales, construction, or roofing
