You'll join an established multidisciplinary team with experienced support staff and leadership that genuinely values physician autonomy.
Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics: Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK
Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Epidural steroid injections

Facet joint & medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Fluoroscopy-guided spine injections
Treatment plans are individualized, evidence-based, and developed in coordination with physician and APP colleagues.

MD or DO with BC/BE in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine

Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine strongly preferred

Hands-on experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures

Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain

Active DEA registration or ability to obtain

Collaborative mindset and commitment to patient-centered care

Willingness to travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville as scheduled
