The treatment coordinator is a high energy, detailed oriented individual who can answer phones, scheduling, collecting/posting payments and log patient information.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Present comprehensive plan to patients, address patient concerns and answer any questions

Process payments, assist with and help arrange 3rd party financing and payment plans

Track case acceptance, money collected and report daily/weekly
-
Track and follow up with all patients who have unscheduled treatment

Perform general office duties and other duties as required

Make appointment, referrals and accurately enters data into systems
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Suite or similar software’s
-
Detail Oriented
-
Basic Understanding of clerical procedures such as recording keeping and filing
-
Ability to organize and prioritize work
-
Previous clerical or front office experience
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
