We are looking for a Class A Tractor Trailer Roll-Off Container Driver. In this role, you will use an open-top metal container truck to haul metal. You will primarily be picking up & dropping off containers from customers sites.
THIS IS A TRACTOR TRAILER CONTAINER ROLL OFF POSITION 48' - 53' FT IN LENGTH THIS POSITION DOES NOT TRAIN.
Pay/Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Start time 6am - Until finished
- $25.00 Hour
Responsibilities:
- Will be running a route from Fort Worth to Temple daily
- Must have 2yrs experience with Tractor Trailer Roll-Off containers (NO EXCEPTION)
- Ensure safe operation of a truck, while driving, loading, and loading
- Drive to customer location for pickup / delivery of container & position truck safely to ensure a safe lift
- Hoist container onto truck using hydraulic lift
- Dump contents at designated recycling facility
- Operate trucks that have hydraulic lifts to raise the container’s gate, allowing it to be accessed from the top
- Must have Clean Background
Requirements:
- Minimum of (2) two years Class A Roll off Container driving experience!
- 21 years old and possess a valid Class A commercial drivers’ license
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual is a plus
- Understand the laws, rules, and regulations governing driving motor vehicles
- Able to safely operate any commercial motor vehicle
- Able to stay calm and function in a stressful, unexpected, or emergency situation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Pass pre-employment background screening
- Verification of Employment & work authorization status
