Job Summary
All Team Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher & Glass Polisher to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware while ensuring polished glassware is spotless and ready for service. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and by hand when necessary.
- Clean, sanitize, and professionally polish all glassware to ensure a spotless, streak-free finish.
- Inspect glassware, plates, and utensils before returning them to service.
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and polishing station.
- Empty trash and recycling containers as needed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff with additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when polishing glassware.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
