Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Express Lane Lube Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform quick oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and mechanical skills will help deliver fast, friendly service that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently.
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, filter replacements, and vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform vehicle service procedures.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Support the team with additional maintenance or service tasks as needed.
Skills
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred.
- Mechanic experience with standard passenger cars required; familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment.
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and minor repairs.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during vehicle servicing or maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of alignment procedures and basic automotive diagnostics is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout shifts.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.69 per hour
