Qualifications for the Insurance Sales/Service Rep:
- Property & Casualty OR Personal Lines License is required
- At least 1 year of Office experience is highly preferred
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Career minded vision
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales/Service Rep:
- Handle incoming sales calls
- Call Leads and Prospects
- Document each customer contact in eAgent
- Generate Quotes
- Present and sell quotes to customers
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Return all phone messages promptly
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
