Thunderbird Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced Pool and Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage residential pool construction, pool remodels, landscaping, pergolas, and complete backyard transformation projects. If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for quality craftsmanship, project management, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, materials, and project timelines with construction coordinators
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Communicate regularly with homeowners
- Maintain compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
Required Experience:
- Pool Construction
- Pool remodel and outdoor renovations
- Landscape construction, pergola installation, and outdoor living projects
- Concrete, hardscape, and masonry coordination
- Managing subcontractors and field operations
- Stronger leadership and customer service skills a must
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of superintendent or project management experience in pool and outdoor construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
