VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST/Veterinary assistant needed for a small animal hospital in Gambrills, Maryland. Part time position available which can lead to full time. Full time benefits package includes: health and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, as well as veterinary discounts.
Experience working in a veterinary hospital is REQUIRED.
Job entails: answering phones, scheduling appointments, working with clients, working with AVIMARK (our veterinary software program), handling financial transactions including processing payments and providing invoices to clients, as well as assisting technicians with procedures as needed. Hours include some daytime, some evenings and two Saturdays a month.
