We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
- Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent hospitality to guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- A background in hospitality or catering is a plus.
