Chauffeur / Professional Driver — Full-Time, On-Call (Company Vehicle Provided)

Kodak Transportation is hiring experienced full-time professional drivers for airport, corporate, and private-client transportation. This is an on-call position, not a fixed daily route or standard set shift. Drivers must be flexible, responsive, and available for changing trip schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and last-minute updates.
This is a long-term opportunity for serious drivers who understand punctuality, presentation, and high-level client service.
Compensation
- 50% of each fare
- 100% of tips
- Paid once per month on the 15th
- Driver pays for fuel
- Company provides the vehicle
- Company covers insurance, maintenance, repairs, tolls/E-ZPass, and standard in-car supplies
This role is best for drivers who want access to a company vehicle and a straightforward pay structure without putting wear and tear on their own car.

Schedule
- Full-Time only
- This is an on-call / as-needed schedule
- Work is based on trip demand, dispatch availability, and client bookings
- Drivers must be available for a flexible full-time schedule
- Early mornings, nights, weekends, and airport runs are common
- Main coverage areas include Boston Logan (BOS) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT)
Responsibilities
- Safely transport airport, corporate, and private clients
- Arrive early and remain highly reliable
- Assist clients with luggage
- Keep the vehicle clean and professional at all times
- Follow dispatch/trip instructions carefully
- Send timely client updates before pickup and during trips when needed
- Maintain a calm, polished, service-focused attitude
Requirements
- Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements
- Must have paid passenger-driving experience such as Uber, Lyft, taxi, limo, or shuttle
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Must live close enough to handle Logan-area work reliably
- Must be able to commit long-term, with a minimum 12-month commitment
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must own a smartphone with data
- Must present professionally: black suit, white shirt, dark tie, polished shoes
- Strong punctuality, communication, and customer-service standards are required
