Duties
- Actively engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, B2B (business-to-business) outreach, and community networking events
- Demonstrate vehicles and provide detailed product information to customers, highlighting features that meet their needs and preferences
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
- Conduct inventory management tasks including inventory control, organization, and tracking of vehicle stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales environments, preferably with dealership experience in high-end or luxury vehicles
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales strategies with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and sales processes efficiently
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple clients simultaneously and maintaining detailed records of sales activities
- Experience in public speaking or marketing to promote vehicle features and dealership offerings confidently
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and automotive industry standards to support accurate deal structuring and inventory control
