Description:
Leland Management is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Janitorial Associate at Heritage Isle Clubhouse, located at 6800 Heritage Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32940. The position is full-time with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform routine floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets throughout the clubhouse.

Remove trash from all designated areas to the dumpster.

Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities daily, including floors, countertops, mirrors and other assigned tasks.

Clean interior and exterior windows as assigned.

Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

Unlock and secure clubhouse doors as required.

Inspect clubhouse rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and proper appearance.

Assist with additional cleaning and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Communication Skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately.
