What Does the Job Require?
As a Residential Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and install garage doors and openers while providing homeowners with an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential garage doors and openers
- Replacing springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, and related hardware
- Installing new garage doors and opener systems
- Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Explaining repair options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle
- Completing service tickets and job documentation accurately
- Representing Assurance Garage Door professionally on every service call
Are You a Good Fit?

What Work Schedule Is Required?
Full-Time Position: Typical hours are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional overtime or emergency service opportunities. This schedule is ideal for someone who prefers afternoon and evening work while helping customers when they need us most.

Field-based throughout Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma, serving residential homeowners.
Education Requirements / Skills:
- No degree required
- Mechanical, construction, or service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and safety-minded
