We are seeking a Yard Hand for our Cambridge, OH operation. This is a great opportunity to get started in the oil and gas industry while supporting inspection services, yard operations, equipment maintenance, and material handling activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping of the yard and shop

Mow, weed eat, pick up trash, paint, and assist with facility upkeep

Assist with pipe loading and unloading

Assist mechanics with oil changes, tire rotations, and equipment repairs

Keep tools and equipment in field-ready condition by cleaning, testing, repairing, and painting as needed

Wash trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed
-
Support inspection and yard operations as needed

Work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

1–3 years of work experience preferred

Previous oilfield, construction, warehouse, trucking, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds

Must be able to pass a company drug screen, alcohol screening, and background check
