Responsibilities
Assist with ADLs and IADLs per the plan of care, provide companionship, maintain a safe home environment, support meal preparation, offer medication reminders, document care provided, and report changes in condition.
Requirements
- Experience Preferred in a senior related care setting
- Current Certification
- Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must have a criminal background check and other checks as required
- Two verifiable references
- Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment
- Reliable means of transportation to get to assigned client visits
