Since 1981 Spring-Green Lawn and Tree care of Yorkville has provided customers with a green, lush and healthy lawn and landscape in Kendall, Kane, DeKalb, Grundy and LaSalle counties. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who take pride in their work and who are looking to begin a rewarding new career in the lawn care industry. We also offer paid training to obtain a required Illinois Pesticide License.
Qualifications and Requirements
· No experience required; paid training provided
· At least 18 years of age
· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
· Valid Illinois Driver’s License
· Have, or ability to obtain, Illinois Dept. of Agriculture commercial operator license
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Ability to reach production goals
· Good verbal and written communication skills
Daily Responsibilities
· Complete an assigned route
· Properly apply fertilizer to customers lawns
· Properly apply state regulated weed control products to customers lawns
· Respectfully, Positively and Professionally interact with customers
· Contribute to the Team’s weekly production goals
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday and Saturdays when necessary
Supplemental Pay: Production and Sales bonuses
