We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the construction of custom homes and other structures by performing various tasks as directed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Engage in tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and tile work.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization by removing debris and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficient in using tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods while lifting heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites.
- Transportation to and from work and the ability to show up consistently and on time. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to various job locations.
