We're looking for an exceptional Practice Director / Integrator to help transform our vision into daily execution while leading our team, improving systems, and creating an extraordinary patient experience.
This is not a traditional office manager position.

About the Role
You'll work directly alongside Dr. Brad and Dr. Lori to oversee the daily operations of our practice while leading our team toward excellence.
Your success will be measured by your ability to create consistency, accountability, efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
You'll become the operational leader responsible for ensuring our vision becomes reality.
What You'll Do
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop our administrative team
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly team meetings
- Hold team members accountable to KPIs and expectations
- Perform regular one-on-one coaching sessions
- Foster a positive, servant-leadership culture
- Recruit, onboard, and train future team members
Practice Operations
- Optimize scheduling and patient flow
- Improve office systems and workflows
- Manage front desk operations
- Oversee inventory and vendor relationships
- Coordinate payroll preparation
- Assist with budgeting and bonus programs
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the office
Business Performance
Track and improve key performance indicators including:
- Patient experience
- Online reviews
- Patient retention
- New patient growth
- Referral conversion
- Workshop attendance
- Workshop conversion
- Monthly collections
- Revenue growth
- Supplement sales
- Accounts receivable
- Schedule utilization
- Patient volume
- Team performance
- Follow-up compliance
Marketing & Growth
Partner with leadership to help execute:
- Community events
- Internal marketing campaigns
