POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires multi-faceted interaction with your customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation.
DUTIES:
- Present and promote our products and services using excellent needs analysis, listening skills, cost analysis, and presentation of a solution to prospective Kitchen and Bath companies, designers, builders, and residential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in selecting material for their project(s).
- Train and assist your reseller account designers and sales professionals with the sales and ordering process.
- Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices as needed
- Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware)
- Report customer activities in our company CRM
- Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Assist with market research and new customer contacts.
- Help coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- General computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet-based information required.
- Experience with inventory management software such as Moraware and Slabsmith is highly desirable.
- Technical sales knowledge of natural stone is preferred but not mandatory.
- Design experience is a plus.
Pay rate determined by qualifications.
