Industrial Maintenance Electrician – 3rd Shift
Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and technical knowledge

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support third-shift manufacturing operations.
This position requires hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience, including strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems, PLCs, variable-frequency drives, relays, motors, and industrial control systems.
The ideal candidate can safely diagnose electrical issues, complete repairs, and support preventive maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
Residential and HVAC-only electricians will not be considered. Industrial maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems
- Work safely with 480V electrical equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled production equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues involving VFDs, relays, contactors, motors, sensors, and control circuits
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related electrical issues
- Identify root causes of electrical failures and complete appropriate repairs
- Inspect electrical components and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Document completed repairs and maintenance activity
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all facility safety requirements
- Work with production and maintenance team members to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist with additional industrial maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance electrical experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of 480V electrical systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, relays, motors, and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment
- Ability to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during third shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
- Residential or HVAC-only electrical experience does not meet the requirements for this position
Compensation
Starting pay is $28.00 per hour and may increase depending on the candidate’s industrial maintenance experience, electrical knowledge, and troubleshooting ability.
