About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to execute high-quality welds across various surfaces, ensuring our products meet rigorous structural and safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise welds on flat, vertical, and overhead surfaces to maintain production throughput.

Configure welding equipment, including gas, voltage, amperage, and wire speed settings for optimal performance.

Prepare metal components by grinding, filing, or scraping to ensure clean, defect-free surfaces.

Verify finished work against blueprints and templates to ensure strict adherence to specifications.

Manage raw materials and finished parts, utilizing material handling equipment safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support continuous improvement and safety goals.
Qualifications-
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and manufacturing orders.

Demonstrated ability to use pneumatic tools and precision measuring instruments, including tape measures.

Strong physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavy assemblies.

Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting.
