About the Role
We are NOT looking for someone to sit behind a counter and wait for customers.
We are looking for outgoing, energetic people who enjoy meeting new people, creating excitement, and delivering memorable experiences.
Thousands of people walk past our location every day. Your job is to create energy, engage guests, demonstrate the experiences, and help turn curious shoppers into excited customers.
No VR experience is required. We can teach the equipment.
We cannot teach personality, enthusiasm, confidence, and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- Demonstrate VR experiences and attractions
- Create excitement and energy around the location
- Encourage guests to participate
- Operate VR equipment and attractions
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Keep the area clean and organized
- Help maximize sales through guest interaction and engagement
Who We're Looking For

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Hospitality
- Restaurants or serving

- Event staffing
- Brand ambassador work
- Entertainment venues
- Customer service
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply but not required.
Spanish-English bilingual skills are a major plus and will help you connect with a broader range of guests visiting Sawgrass Mills.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role.
Compensation is based on a percentage of sales generated during your shift plus customer tips.
The more successful you are at engaging guests and generating sales, the more money you can earn.
This position is ideal for people who enjoy being rewarded for results and taking ownership of their performance.
