Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Baker to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has a strong understanding of baking fundamentals, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, dessert bars and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency and quality
- Prepare fillings, frostings, doughs, and batters
- Assist with production for custom and daily orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory and assist with prep planning
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredient functions
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time well
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend and early morning availability may be required
- Passion for baking and high-quality products
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
