Job Overview
The Technical Services & Account Manager role will serve a hybrid purpose focused on customer account management and technical process development. As an Account Manager, the role assists clients in understanding and selecting amine reclamation options, develops site specific plans, prepares job proposals and quotations, and at job completion drafts and issues reports and reviews results with clients. As a Technical Services Manager, the role will lead and participate in the development and testing of new service offerings and technologies, in collaboration with ElectroSep Engineering and R&D.
Our ideal candidate is an energetic professional, experienced in technical process development and support, and enjoys and is energized by working across Sales and Technical Service functions.
This role requires daily on-site attendance at our HQ in League City, TX, and overnight travel is estimated at 20%.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Process Technology, or similar discipline
- Experience in petroleum refineries and/or natural gas processing facilities
- Experience with amine gas treating systems is preferred
- Five years of experience in a technical process or service role
Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Meet with client site engineers, understand their solvent reclamation needs based on their system design and limitations, and explain/review the reclamation process.
- Consult with clients on the unique value propositions of the ElectroSep process and develop a reclamation plan with reasonable objectives and metrics.
- Schedule routine reclamations and in collaboration with Engineering help manage the mobile reclamation schedule.
- Coordinate with ElectroSep Operations and Administration teams for on-time delivery of services.
- Interface with clients following service delivery, driving performance, issue resolution, and account continuity.
- Technical Service
- Become trained and knowledgeable in ElectroSep’s field operations.
- Lead technical support and troubleshooting discussions with clients.
- Provide technical support to the ElectroSep Operations team to ensure best-in-class performance, results, and customer service.
- Assist with special maintenance and operations projects.
- Innovation
- Identify, document, and present ideas for new service markets and applications, as well as new service technologies.
- Assist Engineering in the innovation, design, fabrication supervision, and commissioning process for new reclamation units.
- Lead and participate in the development, testing and commercialization of new technologies and services, including the design, construction, and operation of bench-scale and small pilot testing units.

- Computer Skills:
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Some control and/or programing knowledge would be beneficial
