What will you contribute?
As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will help strengthen Finastra's enterprise risk management capabilities by integrating advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights into the risk assessment framework. You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and governance functions to proactively identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks while enabling informed strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Design and enhance risk assessment methodologies utilizing AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling techniques.
- Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve risk visibility and support timely decision-making.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify emerging risks and trends across the organization.
- Lead enterprise-wide and targeted risk assessments to identify and evaluate strategic, operational, technology, financial, and compliance risks.
- Analyze risk exposures using advanced analytics and communicate actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Support alignment with applicable risk management frameworks and industry standards, including COSO, NIST, ISO 27001, and FFIEC.
- Implement and enhance continuous monitoring capabilities to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls and identify risk indicators.
- Establish automated reporting mechanisms and alerting processes for high-risk activities and emerging threats.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen control environments and proactive risk mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with business units, Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to embed risk management practices into business operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on risk trends, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate risk discussions and support governance activities across the organization.
- Champion innovative approaches to risk management through the adoption of emerging technologies and modern risk assessment techniques.
- Evaluate new tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance enterprise risk management maturity.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management, risk consulting, governance, compliance, internal audit, or related disciplines.
- Experience utilizing data analytics, automation, or AI-enabled approaches to support risk assessment and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles, control frameworks, and governance practices.
- Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as COSO, NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, or comparable frameworks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, and operational risk concepts.
- Experience with predictive analytics, data visualization tools, reporting platforms, or risk intelligence solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify key risk themes, and communicate recommendations effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA, CAP, or equivalent risk, audit, analytics, or technology credentials are preferred.
Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Sandy Springs/Atlanta office, with flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week.
