Job Title: Director of Outreach and Development
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required. Equivalent of education plus previous experience may be considered.

Strong computer skills, superior knowledge of the sales call process. Demonstrated ability to lead people, trusted to teach and train new DME Marketing Specialists.

Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, insurance, and community resources.
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. The Director of Outreach and Development is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the medical community on
services provided by the company while operating within a set budget. The Director of Outreach and Development is also responsible for mentoring and supporting assigned Business Development Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:

Comply with all applicable policies and procedures.

Achievement of monthly personal production goals for the assigned locations.

Successfully executes a weekly, monthly, quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development.

Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and perspective accounts.

Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community and clearly communicate the features and benefits of UMES. This includes pre-and-post call planning, establishing rapport effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing.

Work closely with the Director of Business Development to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and our patients.

Responsible for being a good steward of the company’s financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing a sales budget.

Knows all of the features and benefits of the services provided by our company and is able to articulate competitive advantages of our company’s programs.

Provides mentorship, assistance and support to assigned Business Development Specialists and location training and corroborating on territory management, sales administration, sales skills, and presentation.

Provides support and assistance with resources needed for assigned Business Development Specialists successful achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Support the execution of growth strategies for assigned locations.

Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community.

Exhibits flexibility in job duties and maintaining customer service.

Other duties as assigned.
